For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please email us at info@wholesalehoodies.co.uk with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.
We do not offer exchanges. Make sure you are purchasing the correct sizes, colors, and items at checkout.
We cannot alter or change any existing orders. However, we can cancel an order if it has not shipped. Refunds for canceled orders take 1-10 business days to process.
